How CopyPortal Ephemeral Vault Works
Understand @YourService's zero-waste, high-speed ephemeral file vault designed for buyers and sellers on active orders.
π¦ 1. 200 MB Per-Order Vault Allotment
Every active marketplace order receives a 200 MB file vault cap. Buyers and sellers can upload project assets, source code, logos, zip archives, or specifications up to an accumulated total of 200 MB per order vault.
β‘ 2. Auto-Freeing Storage & 24-Hour Auto-Purge
To ensure our platform operates within server disk constraints without accumulating unneeded data:
- Instant Auto-Freeing on Download: The moment the recipient (Buyer or Seller) downloads a file, the file is safely delivered and immediately deleted from physical server disk, reclaiming 100% of its space for your vault!
- 24-Hour Auto-Purge Threshold: If a file is uploaded but not downloaded within 24 hours, the system automatically purges the file from the server on a First-In, First-Out (FIFO) basis.
- FIFO Space Reclamation: If a new file is uploaded that exceeds the 200 MB vault cap before previous files are downloaded, the oldest un-downloaded files are automatically reclaimed first.
π 3. Strict Tenant Privacy & Order Isolation
Files uploaded to CopyPortal are bound strictly to your specific Order ID (`orderId`). Other buyers, sellers, or external visitors can never view, list, or download files belonging to another user's order.
π 4. Platform Storage Cap & System Alerts
@YourService sets a default 20 GB overall CopyPortal storage cap out of total server disk space. If total platform file storage reaches 80% capacity, we are alerted to increase limits or expand cloud storage volumes on our server.
