1. Acceptance of Terms

@YourService provides a secure freelance escrow marketplace connecting Clients (Buyers) and Freelancers (Sellers):

• Fair Platform Fee Guarantee: Standard 5.0% Escrow Protection Fee (75% lower than legacy 20% platform cuts). Founder Sellers and Verified Students enjoy a 1.0% VIP fee, and Early-Bird sellers enjoy a 2.5% fee. No hidden withdrawal fees are charged.
• Protected Escrow: Client payment is held in escrow upon order placement or OfferMe custom quote award, and is strictly released to the seller only when the client approves delivery or leaves a review.
• Instant Payout Release: Once an order is approved by the client, funds settle immediately into the seller's available withdrawal balance.

3. CopyPortal File Vault & Intellectual Property Delivery

All digital deliverables, source code files, design assets, and project archives exchanged between Buyers and Sellers are transferred securely via the CopyPortal Vault Hub:

• Intellectual Property Transfer: Upon final delivery approval and escrow release, full ownership and intellectual property (IP) rights of the delivered work transfer to the Buyer.
• Vault Security & Storage Quotas: Files uploaded to CopyPortal are scanned for viruses and malware. Files are stored subject to system storage capacity quotas and platform governance retention schedules.
• Prohibited Files: Uploading executable malware, pirated software, copyrighted material without authorization, or illegal content to CopyPortal is strictly prohibited.

4. Full-Time Job Placement & Employer Recruitment

Employers may publish full-time career job postings, customize company branding profiles, and screen applicants using automated questionnaires:

• Employer Obligations: Employers agree to post genuine, non-discriminatory job openings with accurate salary ranges and employment specifications.
• Candidate PRO Verification: Candidates with PRO badges undergo credential verification. Employer communications and placement offers made via the platform are subject to platform recruitment standards.

5. Seller Subscriptions, Boosted Ads & Promotional Vouchers

Sellers may enhance listing visibility through seller subscription tiers, boosted search placements, and promotional vouchers:

• Seller Subscriptions (PRO / VIP Master): Subscriptions provide reduced escrow commission fees, featured search badges, and priority support. Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually until cancelled.
• Boosted Search Placements: Sellers may purchase boosted ad placements to highlight Gigs in search result carousels.
• Promotional Vouchers: Platform vouchers are subject to specified expiration dates, minimum order thresholds, and cannot be exchanged for cash.

6. Platform Governance & Enterprise Security Policy

To maintain system stability, financial integrity, and prevent administrative abuse, the platform enforces strict governance controls:

• Founding Account Safeguards: Primary platform governance accounts cannot be deleted, demoted, or altered by delegated administrators.
• Executive Security Quotas: The platform strictly limits administrative executive seats to prevent unauthorized privilege accumulation.
• Re-Authentication Protection: High-privilege administrative actions require mandatory multi-factor re-authentication and audit verification.
• Immutable Audit Logging: All administrative actions (account creations, nominations, category modifications, data deletion fulfillments, and bank account settings) are logged in an immutable database audit trail.

7. Service Delivery, Revisions & Dispute Resolution

Sellers agree to fulfill deliverables in accordance with agreed gig specifications and delivery timelines. Clients have the right to request revisions if work does not match agreed parameters. In the event of an unresolvable dispute, platform Senior Administration and Compliance Officers are authorized to review delivery messages and mediate escrow settlement.

8. Prohibited Content, Services & AI Moderation Policy

To maintain a clean, professional, and ethical marketplace, @YourService enforces a zero-tolerance policy against prohibited activities and services. All listings, Gig titles, descriptions, and user-generated categories are subject to real-time automated AI Trust & Safety Moderation Shield scanning.

Strictly Prohibited Services:

• 🔞 Adult, Sexual & NSFW Content: Erotic writing, adult imagery, nude modeling, webcam/escort services, sexually suggestive audio/visuals, or NSFW manga/doujinshi/ecchi illustrations are strictly prohibited.
• ⚠️ Violent, Harmful & Illegal Activities: Cyberattacks, hacking/cracking tools, DDoS-for-hire, malware creation, weapons, illegal substance promotion, doxxing, or criminal advice.
• 🚫 Fraudulent & Deceptive Practices: Fake reviews, academic dishonesty (exam cheating/ghostwriting exams), counterfeit IDs/passports, pirated software, or financial scams/pyramid schemes.
• 🛑 Harassment & Hate Speech: Cyberbullying, hate speech targeting protected classes, defamation, or non-consensual content sharing.

AI Auto-Moderation & Enforcement: Gigs or AI-generated categories violating these safety policies will be blocked automatically at creation. Violations will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of escrow funds associated with fraudulent or illegal activity.

9. Messaging Conduct, 3-Strike Policy & Account Suspension Protocol

Direct messaging between Clients and Freelancers is intended strictly for professional communication, project inquiries, requirement gathering, and order progress updates. Misuse of the messaging system is strictly prohibited:

• Prohibited Messaging Behavior: Sending lewd, sexually suggestive, or NSFW messages; making violent, criminal, or harassment threats; soliciting off-platform direct payments (e.g. Western Union, direct crypto, off-site bank wires); or attempting financial scams.
• Automated Real-Time Content Moderation Shield: All outgoing messages are scanned automatically in real-time. Messages containing prohibited content are instantly blocked.
• Automated 3-Strike Rule:
  • Strike 1 & 2: Instant warning alert issued to the user, message blocked, and violation logged into the system audit log.
  • Strike 3 (Automatic Suspension): Upon reaching three (3) policy strikes, the user's account is automatically suspended for a minimum of 7 days (or permanently banned for repeat offenders), disabling messaging and active listing privileges.
• Immutable Audit Logging & Traceability: All policy violations, matched keywords, timestamps, sender/receiver IDs, and message snippets are logged into an immutable database audit trail accessible to Senior Administration for dispute resolution and legal compliance.

10. User-Uploaded Media Ownership, Stock Library Licensing & DMCA Takedowns

@YourService respects intellectual property rights and establishes clear ownership rules for user-uploaded media and platform stock imagery:

• User Upload Copyright Ownership: Users retain full copyright ownership of all custom images, portfolio photos, branding logos, and graphics uploaded to the platform. By submitting media to @YourService, the user grants @YourService a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, display, reformat, crop, and showcase the image solely in connection with operating the platform, displaying marketplace listings, and marketing seller services.
• Uploader Non-Infringement Warranty: The uploader warrants that they hold all necessary copyrights, licenses, or authorizations for any image uploaded. Uploading unauthorized copyrighted photos, trademarked assets without consent, or infringing third-party media is strictly prohibited.
• Platform Stock Image Library & Attribution: @YourService provides a curated library of pre-approved, high-resolution royalty-free stock imagery sourced under commercial public-use licenses (such as the Unsplash License). Sellers may select these images for Gig cover photos. Stock photos preserve photographer attributions and license provenance in media metadata.
• DMCA & Copyright Takedown Protocol: If a copyright holder believes media on @YourService infringes their copyright, they may submit a formal Takedown Notice to dmca@atyourservice.website. Upon receipt of a valid notice, @YourService will promptly remove or disable access to the infringing media and notify the uploader.

11. Candidate Credentials Truthfulness, Language Vetting, & Visa Sponsorship Disclaimer

@YourService enforces strict standards regarding user qualifications, language assessments, and international employment disclosures:

• Credentials Truthfulness Warranty: Candidates and sellers warrant that all academic degrees, university names, graduation dates, and professional license registration IDs (such as PRC, CPA, AWS, and PMP credentials) uploaded or submitted are authentic, accurate, and lawfully held. Forgery, credential fraud, or misrepresentation will result in immediate permanent account banning and badge revocation.
• Language Vetting & AI Assessment Terms: Spoken and written language capability scores (standardized exam uploads, AI voice phonetic screening, and specialist video assessments) are generated to assist marketplace matching. @YourService provides these verification badges as informational indicators without guaranteeing employment outcomes.
• International Relocation & Visa Sponsorship Disclaimer: @YourService functions as a discovery platform connecting global talent with buyers and corporate employers. Employers displaying visa sponsorship badges or relocation capacity are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with international immigration laws, work permit applications (such as H-1B, EU Blue Card, or Skilled Worker Visas), and local labor regulations. @YourService does not act as an immigration legal advisor or visa guarantor.

12. Stripe Express Connect & Financial Payout Requirements

To receive escrow earnings and withdraw funds on @YourService, sellers and companies must authenticate and link an active, verified Stripe Express Account:

• Stripe Onboarding Mandate: Sellers must complete Stripe identity verification (KYC/AML compliance) before payouts can be disbursed to local bank accounts.
• Multi-Currency Settlement: Platform escrow balances are stored in USD ($) and settled into local banking currencies via Stripe Express gateways.
• Compliance Hold Windows: Standard seller withdrawals are subject to anti-fraud compliance hold windows (14 days for Free Tier, 7 days for Pro Sellers, 3 days for VIP Master Sellers).

13. OfferMe Project Budgeting, Category Taxonomy & Email Unsubscription Terms

Users participating in the OfferMe reverse marketplace and platform transactions agree to the following operational terms:
